What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Forest Lake
Every new client relationship follows the same sequence. The steps are not complicated, but the sequence matters — particularly the written scope before the first clean, which eliminates the most common source of misalignment between what a practice manager expects and what a crew delivers.

1
Walkthrough or Remote Scope
We schedule a walkthrough of your facility — in-person when the location and schedule allow, by detailed phone or video call for practices at the edge of our service area. We document every room type, surface category, and cleaning challenge specific to your building. No assumptions.
-
2
Written Scope of Work Delivered
Within 48 hours of the walkthrough, you receive a written scope listing every room, every surface category, the EPA-registered disinfectant for each surface type, the dwell time required, and the cleaning sequence. You also receive a firm monthly price. No estimate ranges, no "subject to change after we start."
-
3
Crew Assignment Before the First Clean
You receive your assigned crew members' names and the name of your account supervisor before they enter your facility. You are not meeting strangers on the first clean. Certificate of insurance is delivered at this stage.
-
4
First Clean
The first clean follows the written scope exactly. We treat the first clean as a test of the scope, not a warmup. If anything was missed in the scope document, we flag it and update the scope within 24 hours — not at the next scheduled clean.
-
5
30-Day Check-In
At the 30-day mark, we contact your practice manager or administrator for a structured check-in. Not a sales call — a review of whether the scope is being executed as written and whether any facility changes (new exam rooms, new providers, schedule changes) require a scope update. After that, check-ins happen quarterly unless you raise something sooner.
Response Time Commitment
If you call or email us about a service issue during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm), you will have a response within four hours. After hours, by 9:00am the next business day. We don't offer a 24/7 phone line — the phone is not answered after 5pm — but we commit to next-morning response for anything submitted after hours.
For acute issues (a spill, an infection control concern, a supply problem), call (866) 958-8773 and leave a voicemail marked urgent. Those are returned before 9:00am.
